This page informs you of our policies regarding the return, refund, and replacement of your orders.
The products purchased in our online store are not returned, except for the one clause set forth below. However, you may be eligible to get refund of your order or replacement of the delivered items.
You are eligible to get refund of your order or replacement of the delivered items, if:
- the order is misshipped;
- the arrived items are incomplete (e.g., printed sheet music, lacking some of the instrumental parts);
- the shipped items show the evident sights of impaired manufacturing, or are damaged during the shipment. In this case, a proof of damage / impairment is needed, in the form of a photo, sent to us by email (to firstname.lastname@example.org) and displaying the particular damage;
- the contents of a CD / DVD appear to be corrupted, without visible damage to its exterior. In this case, you have to return this particular product for inspection, and you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
Digital products are refundable only in the case of incomplete or permanenty damaged files, or mismatch between your order and the items delivered, and only if we do not have the proper replacement. We issue refunds for digital products within 15 days of the original purchase of the product.
The file formats of our digital products are industry-standard compliant. Should you experience any difficulties in reproducing our digital products on your system, we might be able to find some alternative file format solutions for you. But software incompatibility as such, when the files are actually intact, is not the reason for refund.
In case if only part of the ordered items arrive in improper condition, the partial refund is subject of further discussion and settlement.
Changes To This Return, Refund, And Replacement Policy
This Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy is effective as of 5th of September, 2017 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
If we make any material changes to this Policy, we will announce it by placing a prominent message on our website.
