The program between a thousand moons was conceptualised by juxtaposing musical miniatures written between 1905 and 2024. The signs of aesthetic direction and periods of creation become blurred, revealing unexpected interactions between the works.

The album highlights the contour of the canon of Lithuanian piano music; at the same time, it reveals the freedom that arises in its uncertainty, when each performer creates their own subjective constellation – from works learned in childhood, pieces prepared for competitions, iconic composers, compositions found in archives, or simply aesthetically close creations.
